Hi I’m Louise and in my 10 years as psychotherapist I've supported countless clients whose poor mental wellbeing has impacted their professional and personal lives. Over time, I kept asking myself - what if we could step in earlier?
I saw how self awareness and autonomy helped individuals feel more in control, more capable and I realised that workplaces needed tools to support employee mental health too.
With one in three employees saying their workplace mental health support isn’t enough, it’s clear more needs to be done to help businesses close this gap. That’s why we developed our wellbeing workshops, designed with employee wellness at their core.
Through these mental health sessions, our aim is to give employees the power to choose their own path to improvement. We guide workforces in discovering their strengths and areas for self-development without imposing solutions. In turn, businesses see the benefit: stronger teams, fewer wellbeing-related issues, and a more supportive working culture.
When a quarter of UK workers say they feel unable to cope with workplace stress, it’s clear more meaningful support is needed. That’s why our wellbeing workshops are built around a set of values that keep people – and their mental wellbeing at work – at the centre.
We also love working with organisations that share these beliefs:
These values shape everything we do – from how we design our wellbeing workshops to how we show up for the people in the room.
As a Durham-based business, we’re proud to bring this approach to organisations across the UK. We know time is valuable, so every wellness workshop is designed to give meaningful, personal value to the individuals who takes part.
There’s no one-size-fits-all here. We support people as individuals - helping them build self-awareness and autonomy in a way that feels relevant to them and their day-to-day lives. Our personal style is grounded in professional standards - including full ICO insurance* and GDPR compliance.
This approach works. The businesses we’ve partnered with tell us they’ve seen results beyond expectations - from improved team dynamics to fewer wellbeing-related issues. At the heart of this is my experience as a therapist, guiding people to understand themselves better and feel more in control when it matters most.
