Understanding Stress, Building Resilience Workshop

Most people know when they're struggling. Fewer know why, or what to do next.

An introduction to wellbeing, this session gives employees real insight into their own wellbeing and how they personally respond to stress and anxiety and strategies to manage them.  It also helps them recognise when they might need additional support and leave with practical strategies they can use.

An interactive wellbeing workshop with a mix of self-reflection, group exploration and at least one practical strategy tried in the room.

Duration: 60 - 75 minutes

Delivery: In-person - ideally with a maximum group of 15

Best for: Company wellbeing days, internal health and wellbeing programmes, 

Your people will leave with

  • A clearer understanding of their own stress and anxiety responses
  • Practical strategies to manage and reduce symptoms

This session is open to all employees no prior experience or current crisis needed. Stress and anxiety touch everyone at some point, whether through work pressure, health, relationships, finances or life events. Employees who attend don't need to be struggling right now. Building these skills before they're needed is what creates real resilience.

Building Self-Awareness for Sustainable Wellbeing Workshop

Many employees can identify when they’re feeling overwhelmed, but understanding what sits underneath those feelings is often less clear.

A deeper, more reflective wellbeing workshop creates space for deeper self-awareness, helping employees explore the traits, beliefs and behaviours that influence their wellbeing while building practical strategies they can use long after the session ends.

It’s an interactive group wellbeing workshop with a balance of guided reflection, practical exploration and open discussion designed to encourage insight, confidence and meaningful learning.
