Workshops on Wellbeing, Stress and Anxiety
These workshops were created because its what we were so often asked for and because wellbeing, stress and anxiety factor in many issues such as relationships, health, redundancy, finances etc. Delivered in person, the workshops focus on easing workplace stress and anxiety so that businesses can make prevention their wellbeing strategy rather than reaction. They are practical, reflective, and designed to help employees better understand their own patterns of behaviour. We can, however, deliver workshops on particular areas as requested, for example, self care for those supporting others, grief and loss, organisational changes.
Workshops are specifically conducted in small groups to encourage a relaxed, informal setting to help engage and encourage attendees to feel at ease. Starting from £220.00, sessions can be tailored to your organisation’s specific needs and budget, supporting a healthier, more resilient workforce.

Our sessions vary in length and depth, offering different outcomes depending on the time available:

Our Manager Communication Workshop (Full Day) is designed specifically for managers and leaders. It uses our core psychotherapeutic model based on Transactional Analysis to explore how beliefs shape communication and reactions under pressure.
